INTERN AT HENRIK VIBSKOV STUDIO


We are looking for an intern to assist with administrative duties who will be given a wide range of important duties.

Responsibilities:
Assist accounts receivable, accounts payable and bank reconciliation
Manage monthly tracking of company expenses
Data entry
Maintain supply of office inventories
Schedule administrative projects on behalf of accounts

Skills
Basic computer skills in Microsoft Office, Photoshop and Illustrator
Administrative writing skills, in either Danish or English
Service minded with professional approach, for contact with creditors and suppliers

We can offer flexible work hours, though we require a minimum of 15 hours per week.
