PRESS: HENRIK VIBSKOV TYPE C PERFUME FEATURED IN EUROWOMAN BLACK BOOK AW12//13

The  Henrik Vibskov  'Type C' perfume has been featured in the Eurowoman Black Book for autumn winter 2012-13. 'Type C' alludes to Copenhagen in the usage of Bergamot, Amalfi lemon, Manadrin Orange and Tangerine in the Top Notes. The middle note consists of Sea water and the Base notes are Oak Moss, Woody notes and Seaweed. The perfume has been developed by Givaudan in Paris and offers a unique perspective of allowing the wearer to integrate their own memories with that of Copenhagen  through the evocative notes of 'Type C'. 'Type D' explores Damascus and 'Type B' explores Berlin.

'Now & Then' AW//12 by Anntian is now availbale in all our Boutiques and ONLINE.

 Falling Leaves - it happens one drops right next to you and grabs your attention for a moment- a cut in the continuum, a perspective of a moment which offers ways in to stepping forward. either you ignore this little irritation, almost don't recognize, or you get inspired, forced to even inspect the leaves, as it happened to us when within their "sudden appearance" an Aura arose .Each of the leaves are different, a huge variety lying there on the ground, all beautiful, slightly wet, shining and sparkling, spotted from the sunshine, rich in colour tones, wine-red, autumn yellow, warm-brown, even pink, right, intense almost unreal. Their constitution fascionating, geometeric, technical. Smelling of oxygen, earth, trees, wet-sand, and still fresh. A closer look  shows a covering, kind of chalky, "greyish", rough, second layer -another plain, the rotten process. The way they looked now at the moment wouldn't ever be the same again, as from then on they would "change" , degenerate. We grabbed that moment, preserved it , sort of transferred it into a new moment, each moment with it's wide open scale of what to make of it- when giving it the attention needed.

NEWSLETTER: 150+ NEW HENRIK VIBSKOV ARRIVALS

The Second drop of Henrik Vibskov- THE SHRINK WRAP SPECTACULAR- AW/12 has finally arrived in our Boutiques in Copenhagen, Oslo, NYC and Online.

The shapes and details of old stringed instruments and drums coherently build the starting point for the design of the AW collection: Jackets with drum like silhouettes on the back, instrument shaped pattern pieces that are sewn into various garments and hats from the show which are covered by a string-like thread detailing.

The mentioned randomness of sound installation reflects the disturbed knit patters, a result of a space dyed knit- a method where the string of knit is dyed before the knitting itself, creating an unpredictable pattern of the pieces.Big zippers on jackets and pants furthermore allow the clothes to change their silhouette depending on them being opened or closed and thus add to this universe of coming alive.
